For the vehicles with the Maximum Laden Weight not exceeding 3.5 tons the on-board unit for light vehicles is provided:

The OBU supply kit includes:

OBU LV scope-of-supply

  1. user manual;
  2. on-board unit;
  3. cleaning tissue;
  4. bracket for mounting of the OBU on the windscreen.

The OBUs for light vehicles are provided fully configured and ready to use. The user needs to mount it correctly inside the vehicle as it is shown in the User Manual.


For the vehicles with the Maximum Laden Weight over 3.5 tons the on-board unit for heavy vehicles is provided:

The OBU supply kit includes:

OBU HV Scope-of-supply

  1. on-board unit;
  2. user manual;
  3. brief instructions as adhesive label to be applied to the upper part of the on-board unit;
  4. cleaning wipe for the part of the windshield, where the on-board unit will be attached;
  5. self-adhesive strips for fixing the on-board unit on the cleaned area of the windscreen.


The owners of cars with fully metallized front windscreens receive an on-board unit consisting of two parts (TWIN-OBU):

This on-board unit is supplied with:

  1. OBU-4042, an external on-board unit module mounted on the outer side of the windscreen;
  2. OBU-4041, an internal on-board unit module mounted on the inner side of the windscreen;
  3. windscreen mounting bracket for external OBU;
  4. cleaning strip for external OBU;
  5. adhesive tape for internal OBU;
  6. cleaning wipe for cleaning the car’s windscreen before installation;
  7. security sticker;
  8. installation Instruction;
  9. user manual.

The internal on-board unit for cars with the maximum laden weight not exceeding 3.5 tons is preprogrammed and ready for use immediately after mounting.

Each time before entering toll roads, the drivers of cars with the maximum laden weight exceeding 3.5 tons are to make sure that the correct number of axles is set on their internal OBU.

The drive should mount and use a TWIN-OBU strictly in accordance with the Installation Instruction and the User Manual.

Before entering a toll road the driver is to make sure that the on-board unit shows the correct number of axles of the vehicle.
