When the OBU is no longer needed, it can be returned to the nearest Customer Service Point. The deposit is reimbursed except the cases:
- the returned on-board unit was blocked;
- the on-board unit is returned after expiration of 3 (three) years as of the date of the last operation registered in the BelToll system;
- the on-board unit is mechanically damaged (including, but not limited to, opening the casing, marking, coloring of the on-board unit, damaging the bar code or the identification number of the on-board unit).
