Questions about Payment Methods & Charging

Yes. Users registered in the system have access to a detailed list of their toll transactions directly through their self-care tool “My Account” on beltoll.by.

You can also get the relevant information at any Customer Service Point.

YES. Registered customers can log into their user account at www.beltoll.by and check their account balance and their toll section itinerary.

You can top up your onboard unit account by the following means:

  • by cash (in Belarusian rubles only);
  • by Visa, MasterCard and Belkart cards;
  • by fleet cards.

The on-board unit informs you by means of sound and light signals whether your account has sufficient balance or if you have to top up your account. The onboard unit makes sound signals when your vehicle passes under toll collection gantries (for detailed information refer to the User Manual).

The balance information for a pre-payment contract is available at any Customer Service Point, or at Infoline.
