After you enter the information on the route with indication of a starting point and an end point, as well as information on the vehicle category and number of axles, the toll calculator will show the route, the estimated trip duration and the expected toll fee for the specified road section within the toll road network.

The Toll Calculator is a tool to calculate the route along the toll roads, but the User is free to choose which roads to use to travel across the Republic of Belarus.

All vehicles with a maximum laden weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes, except for the exempted vehicles, and all vehicles with a maximum laden weight not more than 3.5 tonnes that are not registered on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia), except for the exempted vehicles, are obliged to pay the toll when using the toll roads on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The amount of the payment in the BelToll system depends on the following factors:

  • the length of a toll road section;
  • a vehicle category (e.g. vehicles with the maximum laden weight not exceeding 3.5 tons, and vehicles exceeding 3.5 tons);
  • number of axles.

The toll tariffs are established by Decree of the Ministry of transport and communications of the Republic of Belarus dated December 29, 2012 No. 68.

  • vehicles registered in member states of EEU (Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia) with a maximum laden weight not exceeding 3.5 tonnes, as well as trailers towed by them;
  • Vehicles with the maximum laden weight not exceeding 3.5 tonnes that are not registered on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union member states, and are imported by individuals onto the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, or acquired by individuals on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union member states and imported onto the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and trailers towed by such vehicles, – within 10 days from the date they are released by the customs authorities for use on the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union without restrictions on use and disposal, or from the date of their acquisition, respectively;
  • motorbikes and motorcycles;
  • wheeled tractors and self-propelled vehicles registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
  • Special operation vehicles*;
  • Vehicles used for the purposes of ensuring the defensive capacity and enforcement of the law *;
  • Fixed-route taxis used for urban transportation of passengers *;
  • vehicles used for emergency response or transportation of humanitarian aid to the population of the Republic of Belarus and other countries *.
