At the moment, problems may appear when logging in to “My Account” from some browsers, particularly Google Chrome and Firefox. To get access to “My Account”, we recommend temporarily using Internet Explorer or Opera browsers. The error displayed when the user tries to access “My Account” from Google Chrome and Firefox browsers, is caused by a change of trust policy for certain SSL certificates. Despite this, the usual high level of security for all your transferred data is ensured.
