You are hereby reminded of the need to verify the correct installation of the On-Board Unit in accordance with the User Manual.
The OBU-4040 type On-Board Unit shall be positioned with the light side facing the bracket and installed on the windscreen of the vehicle. The device shall be inserted in the bracket in accordance with the pictorial instructions in such a way that after installation on the windscreen the dark side is facing the vehicle interior.
The correct installation of the On-Board Unit plays an essential role, since it has directional properties. Incorrect installation does not guarantee the exchange of data between the transceivers installed above the road and the On-Board Unit, which entails the absence of transactions when passing along the toll stations.
