Please be reminded that if a vehicle has any structural components hanging over the windscreen (such as an excavator bucket, protruding roof, crane arm etc.) that can prevent normal communication between the On-Board Unit (OBU) and a tolling station, or in vehicles with unusual windscreen brushes configuration (e.g., vertically in the center) the OBU should be placed on the lower left inner side of the windscreen in the direction of travel of the vehicle in accordance with the Supplement to the OBU User Manual.
