Does your vehicle belong to any of the following exempt vehicle categories?

Vehicles with a maximum laden weight not exceeding 3.5 tonnes registered outside of the EAEU member states, imported by natural persons into the EAEU customs territory or purchased by natural persons in a EAEU member state and imported into the Republic of Belarus, and trailers towed thereby – within 10 days, respectively, from the date of their release by the customs authorities for circulation in the EAEU customs territory without any restrictions on their use and disposal, or from the date of their acquisition; Motorbikes and motorcycles; Wheeled tractors and self-propelled vehicles registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus; Vehicles with temporary (transit) license plates issued in a foreign state, acquired by individual entrepreneurs or legal persons of the Republic of Belarus for ownership, economic management or operational control and imported into the territory of the Republic of Belarus; Special operations vehicles; Vehicles used for defense and law enforcement purposes; Route vehicles used for urban passenger transportation; ТEmergency response vehicles; Vehicles used for transportation of humanitarian aid to the population of the Republic of Belarus and other countries; None of the above.
