Dear BelToll Users,
We would like to inform you that system maintenance works will be carried out from 22:50 p.m. till 23:20 a.m.on 5th March. The following services will be unavailable at that time:
• Purchase of electronic vignettes;
• Concluding and terminating contracts or closing the account for usage of toll roads;
• Checking the account balance at customer service points and by means of SMS-balance request;
• Topping up the account balance at customer service points;
• Replacement of OBU;
• Obtaining further information regarding the contracts by calling the Infoline;
• Making Single Toll Tariff payments and SMS-notifications on violations.
Also some interruptions are possible while using www.beltoll.by and its Web Self-Care page.
Please, check the balance of your on-board unit before 22:40 on 5th March and if necessary top it up (in case of pre-paid contracts). The service interruption due to maintenance does not affect toll collection.
