Please note:
- To make a MSTT, the User must have a contract registered in the ETC-System, if there is no contract, then it should be concluded at any Point of Service.
- he MSTT amount is charged off the User’s account provided that he/she has a valid contract for the usage of toll roads and valid means of payment (the OBU is no blocked, for the prepaid mode — there are enough funds on the account balance to be charged off, for the postpaid mode — there is a valid fuel card specified in the contract).
Making a MSTT at a BelToll Point of Service
1) When contacting a Point of Service agent, please provide the following information:
- An identity document;
- A power of attorney or any other document provided for in the legislation that confirms the authority of a representative.
2) Describe the circumstances of violating the procedure for the use of toll roads to the agent.

Automatic Single Toll Tariff Payment (ASTT) for vehicles with a MLW exceeding 3.5 tonnes
In case of using the automatic single toll tariff payment feature when documenting an incident, the payment amount is charged off the toll road User’s account.
Note! This is possible in case the User has a valid contract for the usage of toll roads and valid means of payment (the electronic payment device is not blocked, for the prepaid mode — there are enough funds on the account balance to be charged off, for the postpaid mode — there is a valid fuel card specified in the contract).
Please note:
- The feature is only available for the vehicles registered in BelToll system.
- The feature can only be used after activating the SMS Notification of Violations feature (for at least one main number under the contract).
- Automatic single toll tariff payment charge-off eliminates the formation of violations* within the next 2 hours. No substitution fee is payable for such violations.
* Charge-off of single toll tariff payment in the amounts established for the cases of nonpayment excludes the formation of violations in relation to non-payment and false payment. Charge-off of single toll tariff payment in the amounts established for the cases of false payment excludes the formation of violations in relation to false payment only.
