Dear users of toll roads users,
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus has adopted Resolution No. 94 dated 31 October 2025 “On the Use of Toll Motor Roads”, which enters into force on 11 December 2025.
This Resolution consolidates the currently applicable resolutions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications concerning toll roads, without introducing any amendments to the existing provisions, including tariffs, document templates, and so on.
Thus, starting from 11 December 2025, the tariffs, document templates, and other provisions previously established by the resolutions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications remain unchanged and are now governed by a single consolidated Resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 94 dated 31 October 2025 “On the Use of Toll Motor Roads”.
The corresponding updates to the list of regulatory legal acts governing the rules for the use of toll roads in the Republic of Belarus will be reflected in the coming days in the Legal Issues section on beltoll.by.
