Dear users of toll roads,

Please be informed that, in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 642 dated 29 May 2026 “On amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1052 dated 29 June 2021”, from 1 September, enforcement of toll payment rules on toll roads for foreign carriers will be tightened.

Under this Resolution, trucks with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 12 tonnes belonging to foreign carriers will not be permitted to enter or exit the territory of the Russian Federation if their owners have outstanding debts. This concerns two types of arrears: toll road charges and fees for compensation of damage caused.
