ONLY for cars not more than 3.5 tonnes

For vehicles with a MLW not exceeding 3.5 tonnes, which are classified as liable to toll in the BelToll system, payment for the use of toll roads is made with the help of an Electronic Vignette. It can be purchased at ev.beltoll.by or at any BelToll Customer Service Point. An Electronic Vignette is a virtual permit in the BelToll System which allows you to use the toll roads in the Republic of Belarus within a certain period of time (in the multi-lane free flow mode). If the vehicle is equipped with an Electronic Vignette, there is no need to install any additional devices or identification marks; when driving on a toll road, the system automatically determines the presence of a valid Electronic Vignette by comparing the license plate of the vehicle with the data provided when purchasing the Electronic Vignette.

In the absence of a valid electronic vignette, the system registers a violation, and respective information is transmitted to the Transport Inspectorate.

* An Electronic Vignette, which has been purchased for a calendar year, is valid from January 1 to December 31 of the corresponding year, as well as during the last 15 calendar days of the previous year (i.e. from December 17 to December 31 inclusive) and the first 15 calendar days of the following year (from 1 to 15 January inclusive).

When purchasing an Electronic Vignette for a calendar year on December 17 of the previous calendar year and later, the beginning of its validity period is determined by the moment of its purchase, and such Electronic Vignettes do not have retroactive effect.
