Please be reminded that from 1 September, changes have been introduced in the BelToll system. In the case of transit travel by vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) exceeding 3.5 tonnes on MKAD-1 and/or through Minsk, a surcharge coefficient of 10.0 applies.
The new rules have been introduced in accordance with Resolution No. 42 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated 24 August 2026, “On Approval of Toll Rates for the Use of Toll Roads in the Republic of Belarus”. The new measure applies to vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 3.5 tonnes if, within one hour, they travel along two or more segments of the M-2, M-3, M-4, M-6/E28, R-1, R-23 or R-28 roads listed in the table below:

When vehicles pass through toll collection stations located on the above-mentioned segments, the toll will initially be charged at the standard rate (i.e. at the applicable tariff without the surcharge coefficient). Based on an analysis of information on travel along the segments, if the conditions for applying the surcharge coefficient are met, the system will make an additional charge for the transit journey: for the relevant segments, the toll will be charged at the applicable tariffs with a coefficient of 9.0 applied to those tariffs. The additional charges will be shown as separate line items in the payment details in the Personal Account on the beltoll.by website.
